They said next shipment December 17th if our furniture is not delivered we are canceling our order it's been actually 5 months no one answers the phones because everyone is complaining our dinning table was not the one we ordered and someone cut a 1/4 inch off one leg on several chairs so they wabble

Very poor customer service. We ended up cancelling our order( bed and tempur pedic mattress.). Will not go back to any of the stores of ashley no more..... wont even recommend it to anybody....

We ordered our stuff from pinellas park florida store.. suppose to be delivered yesterday.... but there was no communication made with us... since this morning till now we have been trying to call but to no avail...
